“The Sandcastle” (formally The Sandpiper) at La Siesta on Simpson Bay Beach Is a charming 2 bedroom 2.5 bath villa with huge double terrace overlooking Simpson Bay Beach and ocean on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. Completely designer refurnished 2020.
New Fiber Optic internet service with Wi-fi thru out. Sliding doors from master bedroom and living room have unique feature of the four sliding doors in both the master bedroom and living room of opening completely and recessing in walls for an entire open view to ocean & beach. Located on the third floor affords complete privacy for interior and terrace enjoyment. The bedrooms are both equipped with new in 2020 pillow top king size beds and en suite baths. Each room, including open kitchen, have separate new inverter style air conditioning units with individual and remote climate control. This enabling all guests to sleep with or without air conditioning and can enjoy the wonderful tropical breezes and soothing ocean sounds.
